 Reporting to the Plant Manager, Paul will be responsible for Operations of the Swing Shift Manufacture, Warehouse and Distribution of soft drink products. He sees opportunity:

 I like the exposure to Manufacturing within the Food Industry. The company is also rated very high as far as stability and job opportunity and growth. There was a lot of pressure to find a job since I was unemployed for about 4 months before finding this job. Also not having been unemployed in 20 years exposed the difficulties of finding a job in the new job market.

 The SET resume was the biggest advantage. As soon as the resume was distributed I noticed an increase of activity. During interviews, most if not all the interviewers referred to the resume as a strong point.
